Making Their Voice Count: How to Guarantee Your Partner Feels Heard (Paperback)
In this work you will learn how to prevent and treat the four major problems that develop when intimate partners do not feel heard. In my work as a couple's therapist, I find that when couples stop feeling heard they develop problems that stem around communication, decision making, arguments and fights, and the sustainment of intimate connection. I will also teach you how to prevent and overcome the four most common barriers that get in the way of intimate partners feeling heard by each other. These barriers are defensiveness, distractions, assumptions, and judgment.
